Shipping and Return Policy
Indicative shipping costs for order less than $400 can be found here, orders > $400 are shipped FREE of CARGE.
All products on cadomotus.com have the 100-Day Return & Refund guarantee. We are sure that our equipment will take you to another level, going faster and further than most will ever know. If for whatever reason, you’re not happy, let us know within 100 days. Once we send you an authorization to return the product, you can hand it back to a courier of your choice, or use our UPS pickup service to return it to us. We will send you a shipping label and refund you for your purchase. Return carriage is at your cost.
The following situations are not included:
- An item you claim is not as described, but Cádo Motus can prove that it is.
- Items are as described, but you decide not to want them anymore after the 100-day trial period has been expired.
- You claim the order has not been delivered, but Cádo Motus can prove that it is.
- In the case of purchase of "custom" products, considering the characteristics of uniqueness and craftsmanship of the same.

You are entitled to return the purchased product, without stating a reason, within 100 days after delivery date by UPS.
(*) Some restrictions apply.
1. You must return the items delivered in its original condition and request for an RMA.
2. Await for approval of the RMA. You will be notified in the Dashboard of your account and per email.
3. Include a printout of the RMA in the return package (you will find a download link the email).
4. A UPS shipping label will be send to you via the RMA menu of your Dashboard. You can download it, print it and attach it to the package.
5. UPS will contact you to arrange pickup of the parcel.
Refunding of the purchase will be handled within 30 days after receiving the return package.
*1 Customized and personalized iD products (e.g. Mariani Dogma iD, Marchese iD boot) are made just for you, they are not returnable
*2 Return new and unused items, and if possible, the packaging with proof of purchase for a full refund.
*3 If items are used and you are not happy with the quality you can contact us to resolve these problems. Just request an RMA as described below. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund.

Resellers who intent to send items back should fill in the online RMA request first. RMA's are processed only when the RMA request form is correctly and completely filled in.
Insert a copy of the original sales receipt to the customer as a proof for date of purchase from an authorized reseller. A list with authorized European resellers can be found here, Worldwide dealers are listed here. Cádo Motus reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
Customers who would like to exchange an item for a different one, can simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us within 14 days. We should be notified about the exchange stating your name and the original order number. Just email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How to request an RMA
Step 1: Login to your account. You will enter your Dashboard and find the RMA option at the bottom of the menu on the left side. Click <RMA>.
Step 2: In the RMA menu you find a list of previous requested RMA's. In the upper right corner you find the option to request a new RMA. Click <Request new RMA>
Step 3: Select the order that contains the product that you want to return.
Step 4: Select the product that you want to return. Select the options whether the package was opened or not and if you like to exchange product or get refunded.
Step 5: Fill in the reason for your return or any other comment that helps us to validate your return shipment.
Step 6: Note your RMA number. We will contact you within 3 working days.
