In order to process returns faster and better we changed the procedure for returning goods. It is important to know that RMA's are processed only when the RMA request form is correctly and completely filled with the information requested. Insert the form to the return shipment.

We also ask you to include a copy of the original sales receipt to the customer when products are returned for warranty. Based on the sales receipt, we can see that the product is obtained legally from the official Cádo Motus dealer, rather than through illegal imports or by selling by sponsored athletes who obtained the product for free. Unfortunately, we discover these practices too often.

Despite the fact that these measures ask more of your time, we hope that you realize that they are needed to protect your business and our brand.
