The best frames in the World.
One of CadoMotus flagship products are the Pro frames, which are equiped with DualBox technology. The frames are unique because of the tubular sidewalls. Since 2000 these frames have been at the feet of many World champions, such as Shane Dobbin, Gregory Duggento, Jorge Botero and Bart Swings.

The tubular sidewalls optimize the elastic properties of inline skate frames, which the skater interprets as stiffness and feel, and contribute greatly to ride quality and power transmission.

DualBox® frames are designed to allow mid-frame flexion in the corner - improving the alignment of the skate in turns and optimizing the amount of wheels in contact with the surface, giving you more grip and more control. At the same time the DualBox maintains stiffness at the toe and tail like no other frame.

DualBox frame have an even bending profile, instead of isolated stiffnes in traditional frames.

The difference between DualBox frames and traditional skate frames is nicely shown in the picture. Traditional frames have isolated areas of varying stiffness which are inherent to extrusion frames with cross bridges.

European champion'10 Ingmar Berga (Netherlands) switched to CadoMotus Pro+ DualBox frames last year and became particular enthusiastic about its characteristics

"Honestly, I switched because I had to, because of sponsor obligations. After a period of serious adaption, now I feel better on my skates than ever. I have much more pressure in my push, even towards the end of the push. I used to rush my strokes, but now I can take time to turn my power into serious speed."

"I feel more comfortable in the corners, have more grip, also on high speeds, in difficult and tight corners."

"The frames behave predictable, and that's what you need when you skate 50km/h. I know I can trust them and therefore I'm more relaxed on my skates and dare to use my outside edges. I feel better than ever."

As Bart Swings joined the CadoMotus team in 2009, he had his first experience with DualBox frames. It's known how his career evolved in a spectacular way. He became part of the CadoMotus brand, as he is convinced of having the best equipment in the World at his disposal:

Bart-Swings-Brandaris-classic  "My corners are probably my best weapon and the CadoMotus Pro+ frames play an important role in this. They allow me to build extreme pressure in the corners. Therefore I can use all my power and convert it into speed."

"In a lap at full speed on the fastest track of the World in Geisingen, this is most evident. I can build pressure, more than I could on any other frame. It's the even bending that makes the difference."

"I feel that the pressure I'm building during a stroke, is on all 4 wheels, instead of just the toe wheel. It needs no further explanation that this provides more speed and is more economical to your wheels."

Since this year, CadoMotus Pro+ frames (4x110mm) are available in a Firm and Ex-Firm edition. The Firm edition has no cross bridges, just like the previous Pro frame editions. New is the Ex-Firm edition, which does have bridges to provide a new balance between flexibility and stiffnes, without losing the unique even bending character.

Swings: "For me, the Firm provides a little more freedom of movement, as the Ex-Firm handles better with high speeds and high pressure. I choose to skate the Ex-Firm, but for example my team mate Ferre Spruyt uses the Firm."

All CadoMotus Pro frames are equiped with DualBox® technology. The Pro Hilo 1-2-1 (110-100-100-110), the Pro Hilo 1-1-2 (110-100-110-110), the Pro frames (4x100) and the Pro+ frames (4x110)
