Research & Development

From the designers of NSX – active steering tubes that tamed the ice for longtrack and marathon ice skaters, CadoMotus design roots have been at the forefront of ice speedskating since 1990. Since the beginning of the klapskate revolution, the team at CadoMotus has been behind radical departures from tradition that have redefined skating on many levels: skaters and designers who have turned concepts into world record-breaking vehicles powered by the human body.

Longtrack Ice Boot

Partnering with a technological innovator in ice Speedskating who has had a hand in countless Olympic and World Cup success stories, CadoMotus have set out to create a stock longtrack boot that changes the way skaters view their equipment. Leading edge materials and construction, combined with innovative fit and customization, closure, and feel for the blade and the ice–look for all that and more from a new stock boot. Coming soon.

Longtrack Ice Blade

In parallel with work on CadoMotus' longtrack boot we have developed a new line of longtrack blades - the Marchese RECORD. Traditional materials are being used in new ways to allow the fastest longtrack speedskaters to achieve new levels of performance.
