It’s been over 7 years that i was skating on the same wheel brand. Back in 2006 at worlds in Anyang Korea, I understood that in term of engineering MPC was already the best wheel available. Indeed in the relay track race, I used for the first time ever MPC wheels. The scooter 100m Street fight wheel that allowed me to smash a fantastic last lap and take gold in front of NZ Kalon Dobbin that was by the time the fastest skater on earth.

Years after MPC wheel brand, even though not having the biggest distribution network grew up step by step to reach the highest level in Guarne at 2010’s Worlds winning over 90% of gold medals. It’s never been done before and after. After deciding to change my way of approaching my life as a professional skater, I decided to team up with French startup company EOSKATES at the end of 2011. The reason why I did change was clearly the will of working with innovative people doing innovative and advanced technology products.

Then it came to me naturally that if I had the best frames I should have the most innovative wheels too…As a consequence, I got in touch with Diederik all along the winter. Surprisingly he welcomed me aboard without any suspicion and sent me the newest MPC turbo proto's so I could start R&D . It’s been pretty quick to realize that the new turbo wheel was going to be a massive step forward with bigger inner band, better hub snap and advanced urethane tech. We decided to team up but thing took time to be set right.

It is now right the time to get things being announced. Diederik Hol CadoMotus CEO and MPC European distributor, LGO Concept EOskates frame manufacturer and myself will team up for the next 3 years because the best co-operation and co-branding are long term ones.

And last but not least: Champions are born not made, either way best products are engineered not COPIED!
